SHIPPING POLICY
We do our best to ship your order quickly and with care! All items are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.
Delivery times vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.
We currently only ship within the U.S. If you have special shipping needs or bulk orders, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Becoming BeYOUtiful, each product is handmade with care — which means every bar, balm, and butter is unique! Due to the nature of our all-natural, handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may ask for a photo of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.
